The Shed is a place of inner and outer transformation. We help build strength, endurance, and confidence, through education, knowledge and application. 

 

Our workouts and workshops combine strength, conditioning, recovery and wellness to develop the all around athlete.

STRENGTH

We have full-body workouts designed to help improve muscular strength. including weight training, to help build, tone and strengthen muscles.

We have endurance (aerobic) workouts that increase your breathing and heart rate for conditioning and muscle endurance.
